• Customer portal access for borrowers and lenders

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without prior notice.

If you are a borrower using our Services, you agree to make all payments in accordance with your loan agreement and payment schedule. Payments must be made through approved payment methods. You are responsible for any fees charged by your financial institution for payment processing. Late payments may result in late fees, interest charges, and other penalties as outlined in your loan agreement and applicable law.

Certain features of our Services may be subject to fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure at any time with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Services after fee changes constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

The Services and all content, features, and functionality, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, and the compilation thereof, are the exclusive property of Ultra Servicing and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for their intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.
